C. Reggie Parr, Jr., CPA
Reggie is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, with a BBA-Accounting. Certified in 1980, he is well credentialed and deeply committed to the profession. He is actively involved in the practice, advising individuals, businesses, and non-profits for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in consulting and auditing of small businesses and non-profit organizations. When not working, he is actively involved with community projects as a member of the Mid-Cities Pacesetters Rotary Club; he sings in the choir at Good Shepherd Catholic Community of Colleyville, Texas; and rides his bicycle as much as he can.
Paula Gibbons, CPA
Paula joined the firm in January 2017. She earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been a CPA since 1990. Her past tax experience includes Hunt Brothers' companies and public accounting. Her primary focus with us is assisting clients with their tax issues. She is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA, and is actively involved with TXCPA-Fort Worth. Paula and her husband have lived in Hurst since 1997. They have a married daughter and a son in college. In her free time, she enjoys Zumba, baking and Texas Rangers baseball.
Peggy Getman, CPA
Peggy joined our firm in July 2017. She is a native of Buffalo, NY and started her first job in accounting in 1979. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2001 with a BS in Accounting/Finance and obtained her New York State CPA license in 2004. She received her Reciprocal Texas CPA license in October 2017. She relocated to Fort Worth in 2013 when her daughter, a Texas A&M graduate, was expecting her first grandchild. She has worked about half her career in private industry, the other half in Public Accounting, with a focus on Tax Accounting. Her hobbies include sewing and gardening.
Marion Williams
Marion joined our team in 2014 with 21 years of experience in business accounting and tax preparation. She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a BS - Accounting from DeVry University. Her academic achievements included publishing a paper on ethics in accountancy. She is proficient and experienced in a variety of accounting software and plays an essential part in remedying QuickBooks issues for clients and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Originally hailing from Sweetwater, Texas, Marion moved to the DFW area in 1989. An integral part of her life is her family with whom she enjoys the best in life. Her ideal travel destination is anywhere there is beach-side surf.
Jackie Guerrero
Jackie joined the firm in June 2019. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California in 2012 and her Master's in Accounting in 2016. She is currently a CPA candidate. Her experience includes finance, private industry and public accounting. Her primary focus with us is assisting small business and non-profit organizations with audit and tax services. Jackie is a California native and relocated to Fort Worth in 2018, When not working, she enjoys working out; spending time with her dog; and spending time with her friends and family.
Laura Sharp
Laura joined the firm in 2000 and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for over 15 years. She provides experience in various bookkeeping assignments for our clients. She has over 20 years experience assisting clients with personal tax preparation and reporting requirements.
Tami Boggs
Tami joined us in 2014 and is experienced in QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll and payroll tax filings. in addition to her bookkeeping responsibilities she also assist with personal income tax preparation and reporting requirements.
Tina Ellett
Tina joined the team in 2016 as part-time administrator, in 2017 became full-time. Tina has extensive experience in customer service and assists all staff as needed.
